HarMUL采用创新的分子设计与合成工艺,是人工合成的具有多活性官能团的表面活性剂,具备优异的乳化性能,可形成稳定的油包水型乳状液,单剂使用成本较传统乳化剂更具优势。
HarMUL, developed through cutting-edge molecular design and synthesis technologies, is a synthetically produced surfactant with multiple surface-active groups. It exhibits excellent emulsifying performance, capable of forming stable water-in-oil emulsions, and its unit cost is relatively lower compared to conventional emulsifiers.

l 推荐加量:3%~5%;
l 成本较低:较常规乳化剂价格低,配制成本相对较低;
l 抗温性能较好:体系抗温达150℃,粘切适中,破乳电压600V以上,高温高压滤失量小于3.0mL;
l 抗污染性优异:体系抗污染性能良好,抗钻屑、地层水、压裂液等能力良好。
l Recommended dosage: 3% to 5%;
l Cost-effective: It has a lower price compared to conventional emulsifiers, resulting in relatively lower formulation costs;
l Good temperature resistance: The system can withstand temperatures up to 150℃, with moderate viscosity and plastic viscosity, a demulsification voltage exceeding 600V, and a high-temperature high-pressure fluid loss of less than 3mL;
l Excellent pollution resistance: The system demonstrates good resistance to contamination, including resistance to drill cuttings, formation water, fracturing fluids, etc.
