HarCOAT is a cost-effective oil-based drilling fluid secondary emulsifier, specifically designed for cost-sensitive operating conditions. It enhances the performance of the primary emulsifier through optimized synergistic effects, effectively improving emulsion stability, temperature resistance, and contamination resistance while significantly reducing high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) fluid loss. While ensuring fundamental rheological properties and wellbore stability, this solution significantly reduces overall drilling fluid costs with high reusability efficiency, making it particularly suitable for shallow-to-medium depth wells and batch operation scenarios.
